Case description:

Common prisoner who died at 4am of a heart attack without receiving medical attention. He had been complaining of chest pains for hours, since the afternoon, and has asking the prison guards for medical assistance and medicine. They had told him that in that people in that prison could not get sick and that there were no medicines. They denied him medical care despite yelling and padlock clanging by the inmate population and did not open the prison bars to take him to the prison infirmary until he was dead.

Preso por delitos comunes que murió de un infarto sin atención médica. Desde por la tarde se quejaba de dolores en el pecho y había pedido asistencia médica y medicinas a los militares. Le habían respondieron que en esa cárcel la gente no debe enfermarse y que allí no existen medicinas. Le negaron los primeros auxilios a pesar del griterío y los toque de candados de la población reclusa y no le abrieron las rejas, ni lo trasladaron hasta la enfermería del penal hasta que estaba muerto.
