Nuestra Cuba, 1998, p. 95, also has him executed by firing squad at San Juan Hill, Santiago de Cuba on October 12, 1960.  Instituto de la Memoria Histórica Cubana contra el Totalitarismo, 2002, p. 4, has him executed by firing squad on October 22, 1960.  Circuito Sur, July 2002, p. 71, also has him executed by firing squad in Santiago de Cuba on October 21, 1960.  Reported as Felipe Pedro Rivero Pérez, executed on 10/13/1960 in Santiago, by Beruvides, 1993, pp. 185 and 166; Ruíz, 1970, pp. 307-310; Cuban American National Foundation, Quilt of Fidel Castro's Genocide, 1994; and WAQI-Radio Mambí, p. 82.  Clarinada, octubre 2009, reports the victim as Felipe Rivero Pérez, executed by firing squad at the same place and on the same date as seven others, at San Juan shooting practice field in Santiago de Cuba, province of Oriente (now Santiago de Cuba), on October 13, 1960.  Beruvides, 1993, pp. 185 and 166; Ruíz, 1970, pp. 307-310; Cuban American National Foundation, Quilt of Fidel Castro's Genocide, 1994; and WAQI-Radio Mambí, p. 82, report the victim as Felipe Pedro Rivero Pérez, (aliases Felipe Pedro Riva, Felipe Rivero, and Felipe Pedro Rivas), last living in Santiago de Cuba, province of Oriente (now Santiago de Cuba), who had landed in Navas Bay, province of Oriente, with Armentino Feria to start a guerrilla operation, was captured and executed at San Juan Hill Shooting Practice Field, Santiago de Cuba, province of Oriente (now Santiago de Cuba), on October 13, 1960. Nuestra Cuba, 1998, p. 86; Beruvides, 1993, p. 165; and Circuito Sur, July 2002, p. 71, all report a Felipe Pedro Rivas (or Riva) executed 13 Oct. 1960 at San Juan Hill, Shooting Practice Field, Santiago de Cuba.
