Case description:

This 15 year old student of electronics was found in an 8 meter tank at a cement plant near his school hours after he was reported missing. Authorities did not allow the family to see or recover the body or to hold a funeral or burial. The family reports he has been bullied by other students at the school. They have repeatedly requested an investigation of his death, at times publicly. As a result, they have been threatened and harassed by authorities (his stepfather detained once) and in July 2011 requested political asylum in the United States.

Estudiante de electrónica de 15 años de edad que fue encontrado en un tanque de 8 metros en una planta de cemento cerca de su escuela,  horas después de que se reportó desaparecidos. Las autoridades no permitieron a la familia ver o recuperar el cuerpo ni celebrar un velorio o entierro. La familia dijo que había sido intimidado por otros estudiantes en la escuela. Solicitaron públicamente una investigación de su muerte. Como resultado, fueron amenazados y acosados por las autoridades (su padrastro detenido una vez) y en julio de 2011 pidió asilo político en los Estados Unidos.
