Case description:

Leader of the August 30, 1962 conspiracy executed with nine others on charges of counterrevolution. His mother had been told to leave his trial and was informed the next morning that he had been executed.
The August 30,1962 Conspiracy planned for a nationwide uprising with the participation of several resistance groups. Infiltrated by the government, massive arrests took place right before the plan was to be put in motion. Around 300 to 500 persons were arrested, many  executed.
The Frente Anticomunista de Liberación had been formed at the Ministry of Finance in 1959 and officially launched July 4, 1960 under the leadership of Francisco Pérez Méndez ("Comandante Frank"), a former Rebel Army captain.

Líder de la conspiración del 30 de agosto de 1962 ejecutado con otros nueve acusados de contrarrevolución. A su madre le dijeron que abandonara el juicio y a la mañana siguiente le informaron que lo habían ejecutado.
La Conspiración del 30 de agosto de 1962 planeó un levantamiento nacional con la participación de varios grupos de resistencia. Fueron infiltrados por el gobierno y se llevaron a cabo arrestos masivos justo antes de que se pusiera en marcha el plan. Entre 300 y 500 personas fueron detenidas, muchas ejecutadas.
El Frente Anticomunista de Liberación se formó en el Ministerio de Hacienda en 1959 y se inauguró oficialmente el 4 de julio de 1960 bajo el liderazgo de Francisco Pérez Méndez ("Comandante Frank"), un ex capitán del Ejército Rebelde.
