Beruvides, 1993, p. 116; and Circuito Sur, July 2002, p. 32, report the victim as Ramón Fundora González, last living in Guanabacoa, province of La Habana (now Ciudad de La Habana), assassinated by police in Guanabacoa, province of La Habana (now Ciudad de La Habana), in April 1963.  United States Information Agency, 1993, Year 1962; WAQI-Radio Mambí, p. 50; Cuban American National Foundation, Quilt of Fidel Castro's Genocide, 1994; and Beruvides, 1993, p. 116, report the victim as Ramón Fundora Sánchez (aliases Ramón Fundora and Ramón Fundora Díaz), an anti-Castro insurgent and prisoner last living in Vegas, Nueva Paz, province of La Habana, executed by firing squad in the city of Matanzas, on June 15, 1962, on charges of supplying anti-Castro guerrillas with a motor boat (Judges Trelles and Castellanos were sentenced to prison in this same judicial proceeding.)
