Case description:

Executed for belonging to the anti-Castro party Partido Unido de Lucha Anti-Comunista, painting anti-Castro graffiti/slogans, and engaging in acts of sabotage. He was accused of working for the CIA and having set fire to the shopping center at "El Almacén" in Banes, built at the end of the 1930's by the United Fruit Company. Reportedly, he had served prison for attempting to flee the country in the landing gear of a plane. Although he had been held at Boniato prison, he was executed at El Negro Military Camp.

Ejecutado por pertenecer al partido anticastrista Partido Unido de Lucha Anticomunista, pintar grafitis / eslóganes anticastristas y participar en actos de sabotaje. Fue acusado de trabajar para la CIA y haber incendiado el centro comercial "El Almacén" de Banes, construido a finales de los años 30 por la United Fruit Company. Según se informa, había cumplido prisión por intentar huir del país en el tren de aterrizaje de un avión. Aunque estuvo recluido en la prisión de Boniato, fue ejecutado en el Campamento Militar El Negro.
