Case description:

Major of the Military Intelligence Service (SIM), head of the San Cristóbal barracks in Pinar del Río who committed suicide by hanging after being surrounded by Castro's Rebel Army Troops once Batista fled the country and the revolutionary government rose to power. He was allegedly responsible for the assassination of 4 young Catholic leaders of the Agripacion Catolica Universitaria (ACU) at Guajaybon, Pinar del Rio province in 1958: Jose Ignacio Marti Santa Cruz, Javier Calvo Formoso, Julian Martinez Inclan, and Ramon Perez Lima.

Mayor del Servicio de Inteligencia Militar (SIM), jefe del cuartel de San Cristóbal en Pinar del Río, que se suicidó colgando tras estar rodeado por las tropas del Ejército Rebelde de Castro, una vez que Batista huyó del país y el gobierno revolucionario subió al poder. Fue presuntamente responsable del asesinato de los 4 jóvenes católicos de la Agrupación Católica Universitaria (ACU) en Guajaybón, Provincia de Pinar del Río en 1958. Las víctimas de los estudiantes católicos fueron José Ignacio Martí Santa Cruz, Javier Calvo Formoso, Julián Martínez Inclán y Ramón Pérez Lima, todos ellos líderes católicos de la juventud.
