Case description:

Student from Venezuela who was in his second year of medical school as part of a government-sponsored program. His family in Venezuela denounced to the media the suspicious circumstances of his death and the lack of information from their government. They had learned of his death a month after it happened and have been told he had been hospitalized for severe pharyngitis for twenty days. His body arrived home without most major organs (entrails) and tongue.

Estudiante de Venezuela que estaba en su segundo año en la escuela de medicina como parte de un programa patrocinado por el gobierno. Su familia en Venezuela denunció a los medios de comunicación las sospechosas circunstancias de su muerte y la falta de información por parte de su gobierno. Se habían enterado de su muerte un mes después de que sucediera y les habían dicho que había estado hospitalizado por faringitis grave durante veinte días. Su cuerpo llegó a Venezuela sin la mayoría de los órganos principales (entrañas) y lengua.
