United States Information Agency, 1993, Year 1961; Beruvides, 1993, p. 181; Cuban American National Foundation, Quilt of Fidel Castro's Genocide, 1994; WAQI-Radio Mambí, p. 35; and Circuito Sur, July 2002, p. 85 all report an Emilio Trueba executed 4/18/1961 at La Cabaña prison on charges of conspiracy against the powers of the state.
