Case description:

Member of Juan José Catala's guerrilla band in the province of Matanzas, was captured during a raid of his family's house, where three rebel groups were holding a meeting (the location had been given away by an infiltrator). Was executed by firing squad together with his brother Jesús, also captured in the raid. His family's home had been burned during the combat with his brother Felipe inside, his mother suffered burns and his father was sent to prison in Pinar del Río. The infiltrator has been inconsistently reported as El Pipero from Ceiba Mocha, Celaje, and Héctor Domínguez.

Miembro de la banda guerrillera de Juan José Catala en la provincia de Matanzas, fue capturado durante una incursión de la casa de su familia, donde tres grupos rebeldes estaban celebrando una reunión. La ubicación había sido dada por un infiltrado.  Fue ejecutado junto con su hermano Jesús también capturado en el asalto. La casa de su familia había sido quemada durante el combate con su hermano Felipe en el interior, su madre sufrió quemaduras y su padre fue enviado a prisión en Pinar del Río. El infiltrado ha sido nombrado  inconsistentemente como El Pipero de Ceiba Mocha, Celaje, y Héctor Domínguez.
