Case description:

Member of the anti-Batista resistance who died along with a colleague, Gustavo Fraga, in an accidental explosion of a bomb factory of the July 26 Movement. The police arrested Enrique Rodríguez Picaso who was seriously injured and was later murdered. Jesús Martín Leyva and Abelardo Cuza Navarro, who had come to help, were arrested as suspects and murdered, their bodies appeared on the road that leads to Santiago de Cuba.

Miembro de la resistencia anti Batista que murió junto a un compañero, Gustavo Fraga Jacomino, en una explosión accidental en una fábrica artesanal de bombas y petardos del Movimiento 26 de Julio ubicada detrás de una vivienda.  La policía se personó en el lugar, llevándose a Enrique Rodríguez Picaso gravemente herido a quien luego mataron. Jesús Martín Leyva y Abelardo Cuza Navarro, quienes habían acudido a prestar auxilio fueron detenidos como sospechosos y asesinados, sus cadáveres aparecieron en la carretera que conduce a Santiago de Cuba.
